Hello Students and Parents,

Welcome to November!

How is your practice tracking going? I have long said that my biggest hurdle is actually sitting down on the bench. This week I have found that the Practice-A-Thon has done a great job of keeping me on track and getting me there! Once I sit down, I often have to force myself to walk away 😉 I know this isn’t the same for everyone, but take this week to focus on simply STARTING. Remember that our practice this month has the added bonus of being for a good cause!

Upcoming Dates to keep in mind –

Month of November: Practice-A-Thon! Track your practice and feel free to continue gaining sponsors for the event.

Wednesday, November 24th: No lessons. Enjoy the holiday!

December 11th: Music Against Hunger. Time signups will be available at the store’s counter either this week or next. Times will range from mid-morning through early evening. If your whole day is unavailable, let me know now, and we’ll work to create a video so you can still participate!

December 20th: Christmas Break begins.

January 3rd: Lessons resume in the New Year.

This month’s Family Music Challenge is in anticipation of the holiday season coming up 🙂 Add some music and have some fun!
