Hey Crew!

We have already arrived at the last full week of May… and it’s the race to the end of the school year 😊

Important things to know this week –

~ Individual invoices have been sent out along with this newsletter (in separate emails). Please remember that the invoice is due by the first lesson of June.

~ Our Spring Video Recital will be the first weekend in June –  the official viewing day will be Sunday, June 6th 😊 Make sure to set the afternoon aside to watch together as a family! I will begin passing out your recital-in-a-box kits over the next two weeks.

~ Please see the bottom of this page for Skyline’s policy on Ohio’s changes in mask mandates and policies. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you have!

~ For those switching summer lesson times, this will happen June 21st. Please remember, there will be…

No Lessons June 14th-18th

No lessons July 19th – 23rd

~ Finally, check out our Monthly Listening for May!

You know a song is popular when it’s recorded in the 1920s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 80s, and 90s! The composer originally wrote it about his daughter, and since then it has been used in 13 films and had 8 television appearances.

Check out how the song evolved over the decades, and decide which style you like best 🙂
