Happy Holidays!
Thank you and congratulations on a job well done to all who participated in this weekend’s Music Against Hunger event! We had such a wonderful variety of music all for a good cause. Don’t forget – we are continuing to collect food and money donations through the end of the month! The video is still available to watch in case you missed it or want to see something again 🙂
This is our final week of lessons for 2020. It seems hard to believe! This week we will focus on finishing up current projects, working through the final bits of Christmas music, and having fun!
Online students – keep an eye on the mail… I am sending your Christmas gifts this year 🙂 in-person students will get them this week at your lesson as usual.
Christmas break begins December 21st. Lessons will resume January 4th. This email will {likely} be the last communication you get from me before the end of the year individualized review that I’ll send out around New Years.
During the break – my one request is that every continues too play! Play old songs, learn new ones, play Christmas … it really makes no difference as long as you keep your fingers in the keys and use your music to bring happiness to others this Christmas season 🙂
I wish you all the happiest and healthiest of holidays. I am grateful for each one of you, and I can honestly say that as hard as 2020 has been for all of us, you have made my year better! I am grateful!
~McKenzie
